The chassis of the SLK3000-B and SLK3700 are the same except for the side vent and snorkel on the 3000-B, which frankly I could do without, and of course the paint color.
The 3700 comes with an Antec SL350 PSU installed, as well as a single-speed 120mm rear fan. The 3000-B has no PSU and has a three-speed Low-Medium-High 120mm rear fan. Both can take a 120mm x 25mm intake fan if you stack four or five drives into it and start to be concerned that they need extra cooling.
If it were me, I'd get something a little more robust than the Antec SL350 PSU for a gaming system that may have upgrades in its future. TruePower 2.0 480W is what I picked to go with my 3000-B.
