Your parts seem pretty good to me. I would probably spend less on the PSU (get the 550W model) and use the difference to get a GTX 660 or a 7870.

1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.
Gaming, i plan on skyping and net surfing, but Gaming is the most i will do.

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread
Its a 700€ budget and i've already have a build in mind.
3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.
Portugal.
4. IF you're buying parts OUTSIDE the US, please post a link to the vendor you'll be buying from.
I'm buying from several stores here in Portugal.
5. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc.
Intel-Fanboy, but again i have several pieces from several brands.
6. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.
Nope
7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.
I'm not going to overclock.
8. What resolution, not monitor size, will you be using?
Any resolution.
9. WHEN do you plan to build it?
Yeah, when i have the money.
X. Do you need to purchase any software to go with the system, such as Windows or Blu Ray playback software?
Nope.

Are you buying locally? If you're buying online, it's ok to link the stores here. It's mostly easy to navigate through foreign language pc component stores and in the worst case scenario there's alwasy Google Translate.

Any resolution.

You won't be using any resolution. You won't be using 5760x1080, for instance. The reason we ask for the precise resolution is that different resolutions require different hardware to run games properly, and also if the resolution is low by today's standards, we can suggest spending part of the budget on a new monitor.

It looks like you already own a monitor, so please go to display options or your graphics driver settings and check what resolution your monitor is. Or alternatively post the monitor's make/model here.

Yeah, when i have the money.

When will that be, approximately? In a few days or in a few months?

My father will arranje a monitor for me cuz this monitor/pc is going to be to my brother.
And i will buy luckily in a several months in the worst scenario start of next year, but if i get lucky this year.

In the questionnaire, did you notice the part where it said "Note that it is usually not cost or time effective to choose your build more than a month before you actually plan to be using it"? Your timeframe for this build is so uncertain and far in the future that it is pointless to make any recommendations. In only a few months, we will have new processors and motherboards from Intel. Pricing and availability on various components will be different.

Here's what I suggest: save up money until you have enough to afford the PC. Then post back on this forum and we'll sort you out

At this point, you can really only keep the vaguest of outlines in mind. I can predict that a midrange build at the middle or end of this year will have:

Intel Core i5 (Haswell)
Some Z87 motherboard
8GB of DDR3
GTX 700 or Radeon 8000 series card
128-256GB SSD
2TB HDD
550W PSU
Case

i5 = 200€
Motherboard = 60-100€ depending on what features you want
RAM = 40€
PSU+case = <100€

That leaves about 300€ to be spent on drives and the GPU. On a 700€ budget for a gaming PC, I would skip the SSD. A 1TB hard disk is currently 70€, and a DVD drive is 20€. This gets you a midrange card like 7850 2GB, or the next gen equivalent.

About the same as Ivy Bridge does currently. You'll simply get a better chip at the same price, and the old hardware will be phased out rather than become cheaper.
