My first OCed PC - Advice, please!(700@933)

i'm running my very 1st OCed pc. Please have a look and give me an advice if there's any faulty setup.
My original PC spec
*p3-700(fsb 100), cB0 stepping, made in Malaysia, Retail boxed version
*asus CUSL2-M
*Crucial 128M PC133(CAS2)memory * 2 = 256M
*IBM 60gig hdd, asus geforce2mx, etc...

OCed setting
*FSB:SDRAM: PCI Ratio = 133:133:33
*FSB:SDRAM: PCI Freq(Mhz) = 133:133:33
*CPU Core = 1.8V
*Ram setting = 2:2:2
*SDRAM Cycle Time(Tras, Trc) = 7T, 9T
*Same fan/heat sink(that came with the retail box) are being used.

It's been running W2K with the setting above for about an hour now. It seems to be stable, although the only application I'm running now is Winamp. The CPU Temperature and MO temperature is 30C/86F and 27C/80F.

I'm about to do some major burn-in test. But I thought I would seek an opinion about this setting first. My main concern is CPU Core voltage. Its original Voltage is 1.65V. I tried 1.7V and 1.75V but I couldn't boot W2K with those setting. Only after setting to 1.8V, it would boot fine.

Am I in danger of imminent CPU failure because of this voltage? I'm not talking about 10 years of CPU life being shortened by half because of OCing. But I don't want my CPU die in 3 days because of this voltage, either.

Another question. What is SDRAM Cycle Time? It's currently set 7T, 9T because it was the default setting. There was an option of choosing 5T,7T. Could anyone please explain what this setting does?

You shouldn't have any problems with the chip as long as it doesn't overheat. I've been running a P3-750 oc'ed to 930/124 fsb for almost a year @ 1.85 volts vcore on my daughter's pc. As far as the SDRAM cycle time, I'm not sure, but I would imagine that the lower numbers would be faster( my old BH6 just has normal, default and turbo). Hope this helps you out.

You will be fine running at 1.8v but I suggest upgrading the heatsink/fan. The retail heantsink/fan perform very poorly compared to aftermarket coolers. I suggest getting Globalwin or Vantec coolers. You're using pretty good ram so you shouldn't have a problem using the 5T,7T SDRAM Cycle Time. The is a noticeble performance increase but if you experience any stability problems just use the slower 7T,9T setting.

Looks fine to me assuming the CUSL2 takes care of the AGP setting (66) along with the PCI (which is set correctly at 33, from what I can tell). I assume if your vidcard isn't freaking out your AGP is okay.

As others said, relax about the voltage. People run 1.8-1.85V commonly with P!!!s, some push it to 2.0V under extreme conditions. A better fan would help keep it cool.

Don't the CUSL2s allow 1MHz FSB increments above 133? You may be able to get more out of the chip yet. Keep bumping up the FSB until it's no longer stable, upping the voltage in .05v increments (don't go above about 1.9V without better cooling) as necessary. You may get a few extra MHz out of it, but don't get too hopeful for anything much over 1GHz with a cB0.
