That resellerratings.com rating is rock bottom. However, I've ordered from them twice (SD card and minidv tapes) and not had a problem.

Yea their RR is pathetic (as is buy.com), however I have ordered from them dozens of times over the past 5 years and never had a problem.

Have you noticed the link still takes you to the PSU with nothing telling you its OOS until you click add to cart. They are hoping the potential customer will see how cheap the PSU was and decide to browse the site in hopes of finding other cheap stuff.

I think by leaving the PSU on the site like that it's false advertising. As Mr O would say..What say you?

You might be better off going to shoponkyo.com than ecost with just their warranty alone.
The new Onkyo receivers from eCost have a 1 year parts and labor warranty and the recertified receivers have 90 days parts and labor. When you go to shoponkyo.com, the new receivers have two year part and labor and the recertified have 1 year parts and labor. Plus shoponkyo.com has free ground shipping, which can be substantial with those heavy HT systems. I don't know if they charge tax, if any.
Plus when you register with shoponkyo.com they give you 10 clubonkyo points for signing up and you can use that on your purchase now or later. It's worth 10.00 off you price right up front.

It says on the Onkyo site that all the receivers have a 2 year parts and labor and refurbished receivers have a 1 year parts and labor when "PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM ONKYO OR AN ONKYO AUTHORIZED DEALER". I wonder if eCost is an authorized dealer or is their warranty on their website a mistake?
