As long as the water level in the res is above the pump you will be fine. Ian's resevior is plenty tall enough and you can run the fill tube higher.
Won't bolting the pumps to the bottom of the case cause quite a bit of vibration and noise?

Starting to feel like I should've ordered more 45's, lol. Originally ordered 5 45's and 5 90's when I was planning on stuffing all of this into an 800D. Curse you once more Caselabs!
No issues there, The top of that res is much higher than the pump, even the bottom is at level. Your good to go.And here you can see the res -> pump issue
