Woohooo! My first watercooling system. ENjoy!
I got these pieces powder coated (Black Matte) for $40.00 from http://hellyeahcustomcoating.com/ I drilled the holes myself.

More goods

I really wanted full copper block at first, but changed my mind since i wanted to match with bitspower blocks.

OOH LA LA (Definitely put a dent in my wallet)

PUrrrdy! I wanted Black Matte ICE CAPS, but they don't have it for reservior with sideports. Still nice

I really didn't feel like sleeving everything, but here is few item i sleeved up. I decided not to sleeve my PSU because is only 750W and is not modular. If I'm going to sleeve a PSU, is gona be at least 1000W PSU. The 8 & 24 PINS are extensions from NZXT.

I just decided to make a Ninja Turtle "Secret of the Ooze" inspired case with a res like that. I'll have to check his site when I get home (blocked at work). This is going to be epic!

Thank for compliments
Even my friends didn't think this was my first watercooling setup. I actually wanted to go watercooling last year, but i held back simply because i wasn't ready. I figured since i had time, i'll do more research on design, cost, time and hope the end result turn out to be good or close to the pros in Xtreme System. I did get a leak, i had pull out my PSU, fans, unzip all the cables, pull out radiator to get the defected fitting out. It WAS A BITCH. But, it was worth it Im pretty sure i've spent 1000+ dollars, and mainly not for performance, well... maybe little; mostly for looks.

Definitely deserved. I can tell you put some research and time into this. All those Bitspower fittings must have been a small fortune too. I've been looking at converting my fittings over to Bitspower compression fittings, and I'm looking at close to $150 just for fittings alone.

^Damn, that thread went south in a hurry.

Yeah, RRTech doesn't pull any punches. It's a little different then AT over there. I generally lurk more than I post, but I've learned a lot of stuff about water cooling on that forum.

Wow, very, very nice first water cooling setup. It definitely doesn't look like a "first".

Although, I have to disagree with the assessment of the Frozen-Q res... Before everyone goes gaga over some pretty lights, you might want to check out this thread on RRTech: http://www.realredraider.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=26902

WoW! The last time i checked on forums was how wonderful these reservoir are. Well, i'm happy so far. no issues what so ever.

I guess I won't be buying one of those after all. Even if they are all perfect, the way he handled that situation was horrible.

My take on this is in a business perspective, is "no excuses". He needs to fix what needs to be fixed.

Another point of view is this kid has too much on his plate. Possibly not enough experience with business, people, management and so on...

I', confused. So, you got water cooling so as not to use fans on the motherboard, but then have to use fans for the radiator?

You can use low speed low noise fans on the rads and still have better cooling than air based cooling alone.

nice setup there man. im laughing my ass off at that thread though btw, not a single thing they are saying about him has been true for the majority of his customers. the original thread, over on XS, tells a very different story if you look there.

http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=225003

btw, i should note that i still have only very briefly run the res, as i havent had time for a while to do any work on my builds myself. i have some final parts coming in next week though, and i should have build logs for both rigs up by the end of next saturday. if you look on i think it was page 14, you can see my res. it was the first multicolor res he ever made, and i had him do the same powder coat job they're bitching about in that thread, but it looks just fine to me. the taps he did for fittings are also not noticeably crooked like some are complaining, though since they were hand tapped they're probably not perfect. upon looking at his recent build quality i have to say im impressed with how far his stuff has come, i may get another one for my next build in that new red he has since it's gonna be dragon themed
