Life is so short. It's funny what you mentioned about the test. I used to care so much about my studies, having good grades and such. However, when cancer took my grandfather away from me one year ago, I realized that my priorities were way off and if I didn't change it I 'd regret it forever. My family and friends come first, everything else is second. Even now I still forget about my priorities and put too much emphasis on things that, in the big picture of life, don't matter. I am still working on being a better person. I am still working on trying to grab what life brings me, on trying to seize every opportunity to be happy. However, from time to time, stories like yours and sad events such as acemcmac's passing remind me that my ultimate goal in life is not to accumulate millions of dollars, nor having the best GPA but being happy and surrounded by my loved ones.
