So the other night I made pad Thai and a chicken green curry with a nice salad for dinner. She has one look at her plate and tells me "not feeling thai tonight, I'll just eat the salad".

Also I wanted to make sliders tonight and she replies back in a text "not sure what I want tonight but not sliders either".

Well fuck. We just bought a house in November and have made a New Years resolution to eat out less but her indecisiveness isn't helping.

Her family loves my cooking. She's a southern girl (chicken fingers girl) and I'm from California (I love everything). She wins in most arguments since she makes almost double what I make . But I've spoiled her taste buds, she ate mostly microwave dinners while we were dating.

Why don't you have her do the cooking or arrange to get the food. You can't go wrong there. Sounds like you two have different likes/dislikes, and she may not be in the mood for what ever your suggesting. Just compromise and ask her what kind of things she would like and explain you are thinking about cooking for the both of you and want to make sure you communicate on what the choices are.

My wife is like that. Sometime you just got to say F-it. This is what's for dinner, eat it or not. I'm more than willing to make something if you offer a realistic suggestion, but if not, and I'm cooking, you get what I make.

My first trip to a Thai restaurant, my friends suggested pad Thai, since the flavor wasn't strong. What a bland dish. I'd opt to the larger variety of flavors and textures in a salad any day.
