On a 16 year old? Sort of...

On a 13 year old? Yes...

Those are not too bad, but those jeans are rather tight. That white shirt is also provoctive, it reveals a lot of belly.

On a woman, that is sexy. On a kid, it is not. I see 13 to 16 year old girls running around wearing even less than that, just shocking...

Of course, when I was 16, I would have been chasing after them. Now that I am 26, I want to tell them to go put some more clothes on.

Interesting. I guess it's all about perception. But I consider those clothes very appropriate for a teenager. The jeans don't look tight to me. They look perfectly fitting. the top too is fine, in my view.

Shorts, of course not, so long as they are not "short shorts". Tank top? Depends on what they call a "tank top" these days. Some of the tops I've seen miss my def of them.

Here is an example. Almost everything Britney Spears wears on stage is not appropriate for anyone under 18.

That is why I asked how old you are. Age has a lot to do with this, at least to a point.
