I get those too sometimes.. so does my wife.
You probably need to work out and lose some weight.
Also try not to be stressed out... hard thing to do when
you have bills, kids and wife.
Have your Doctor look you over, you might have high
blood pressure.

for a woman. for a man your age, anything over 20% is getting high. although you still sound reasonably fit, go to a doctor to be sure.
Men under 39 years of age should have 8-19% body fat, and women under 39 years of age should have 21-32%.
Health Check Systems quotes the American Council on Exercise and says men's body fat should be 6-25%,
the American Dietetic Association recommends that men have 15-18% body fat and women have 20-25% body fat.

Yes, go to a doctor, as soon as possible.
I have TMJ which causes severe headaches, it took years to diagnose.

So basically im borderline high I guess.... This is also based on results from a scale that tells me my bodyfat . Most people use BMI now, but that is kinda pointless since anyone with a muscular build is overweight.

Fix it? No fix in my case. I had a dentist screw me up about 8 years ago in trying to help me. He was incompetent. Unfortunately I wanted to be a professional musician and the guy ruined it for me.:|
I go to Tuft's Head Pain clinic here in Boston, one of the best in the world. I have two appliances, one I wear during the day and one at night because I clench my teeth. I also meditate every day which helps somewhat. They just took a tomograph (detailed x-ray) of my jaw yesterday, so my treatment is ongoing.
