Meal 5: Something with cassien protein to slow digest while you sleep, maybe 16 oz. milk, or some cheese or something. Hell even several Tbsp. of peanut butter.
Basically don't worry about getting fat. You probably look like you survived biafra at this point. Take a multi-vitamin as well. If you can eat more in the morning, throw in some strawberries or blueberries, say 1/2 cup each day with meal 1.
