I'm going to brew coffee, but then not serve it until the next day.
"Vintage Coffee".

1) that's basically how cold brew coffee is made
2) it is indeed superior
3) it generally costs more

my coffee house will have fresh hot black coffee and there will be no sugar or other such poisons. Also, we will serve stouts and Chicago style hot dogs.
Also, there will be gyros, we totally will have that meat rotation KRONOS device for gyros.
I like my coffee black like you. Expresso is good too. If your coffee shop service Sambuca with that expresso, that would be heaven.
But people are use to all kinds of different things like flavors and cappuccinos and such with coffee. Your coffee shop would soon go out of business.
Disagree on the hot dogs (any style). But a good gyro? I'm up for that.
Is Expresso the Mexican version of the Express store?
Espresso...
Love this stuff.. Wife's work has it on tap so I always get some at breakfast.
How about a Hooters style coffee shop? It would be a wake me up in the morning. And it is already here!

Looks like you don't have any experience with the "vietnamese coffee shops."
Vietnamese coffee shops are to coffee shops as strip clubs are to buffet restaurants.
