my coffee house will have fresh hot black coffee and there will be no sugar or other such poisons. Also, we will serve stouts and Chicago style hot dogs.

Also, there will be gyros, we totally will have that meat rotation KRONOS device for gyros.

I like my coffee black like you. Expresso is good too. If your coffee shop service Sambuca with that expresso, that would be heaven.

But people are use to all kinds of different things like flavors and cappuccinos and such with coffee. Your coffee shop would soon go out of business.

Anything would be better than the new shop that opened up last year, just up the street.

We went in there on one weekend last year. They had literally just one of those restaurant sized containers of coffee. One standard flavour only. No bold, no nothing, no decaf. No pastries. No other food.

I was flabbergasted. They couldn't understand why I had a surprised look on my face. Not surprisingly, there was absolutely nobody else in there. Then I left and went to Tim Hortons, which is a fast food type chain coffee shop with doughnuts and a drive-thru. I consider Tim Hortons fairly low end, but that was light years better that little new shop.

I think it lasted about a month. Something else is there now. I'll have to check it out. I think it's another coffee shop. Who knows. Maybe it's the same owners but they finally smartened up.
