Called about a 2006 Mazda 3s.

quoted me $2548..................for 6 months.

Take note that I have 1 accident in 2004 and i live in NJ.

Time to call Geico.

update:::::::::::
my online quote from geico got mazda 3s with regular insurence package is $1036 for 6 months.

guess i should call them up to get an exact quote.

lol dude its because you're really young still (according to insurance people). when you turn 25 i think it goes down, thats what my parents have told me at least.

20, pay 5400/year on my 99 Protege. Mind you, I also have a conviction on my record from when I was 16.

Yea, for some reason, NJ has one of the highest insurance rates. People on clubrsx.com were also quoted for extremely high prices.

It's a 1993.

Up until last year I had absolute full coverage which cost me ~$1100 per year. I dropped collision to get the $630 per year rate.

At this point I'm almost afraid to get a new car, seeing these rates.

are we certain it's your age, or that PLUS how many yrs you've had a vehicle insured?

a 35 yr old w/ 1, 2, 3, or no yrs of insuring a vehicle can have a 'high' rate wouldn't you say....

that's why insn't there a lttle strategy where some people who have a license but live in metro areas and do not own a car are advised to piggy a family members insurance to build up a record?

its like gettting a credit card to build up credit history.
