Lemme tell you, I still haven't found a song to break this subwoofer. When I had the regular system, there were a couple songs where the sub would just start farting or something, but nothing of the sort with this one. The bass is soooooooo friggin strong. The other day when I put a dvd in and something with fireworks popped up, the room friggin shook from the fireworks, it was awesome.

How do the Klipsch 5.1 Ultra's stack up against the Logitech 5500's?

I'm thinking about purchasing a system in the near future.

good speakers. while back i worked at a pc store fixing pc's. well the klipsch plant is 30 minutes from me and the guy i worked for somehow got tons of dead/beat up sets. he gave me like 4 or 5 sets(the old 5.1s).

well i sent one set in to klipsch(full set) saying i got them as a gift and lost the receipt. they sent me a shipping label, got my old ones and sent me a new set of 5.1 ultras. well i did the same thing with the other sets and got ultras everytime, NIB!

i sold a few sets for under 150 bucks on the amdmb forums.

I debate will go both ways some say that the klipsch are better some will say the logitech are better. Either way you are getting some kickass speakers. I personally have a set of logitech and I love them. I have never heard a Klipsch but I am sure they sound great from what I have heard(no pun intended).
