You can't tell by looking at them them. My right isn't bulkier than my left. I do a lot of rock climbing, maybe 4 times a week. Recently I started doing some lifting (I sprained my ankle and have been taking it easy). I have been noticing that my left arm approaches failure much sooner than my right. Like a whole set sooner.
What's the best way to achieve balance? I assume when I go to the gym I should work my left arm more than my right. Is there something I could be doing at home that would help? I'm not quit strong enough to do a one handed pushup.
