I get a letter today requesting me to sign a paper agreeing to repay EVERY CENT THEY?VE EVER PAID. I need to sign it, have it notarized, and then put a bullet in my head I guess. That?s like $1.2mil. Hell, I can?t even pay $300k. I?ve been receiving it for three years, minus lawyer fees, and a down payment for this dump of a house in which I can't even fit into the bathroom without loads of help.Simple get an attorney and get it straigtened out. If you didn't scam the insurance company they can't just out of the blue want you to return all the money paid out. If everything is on the level all the attorney would have to do is tell the insurance company that your going "public" with the story. See what some TV news coverage will do for the insurance companies rep. Might even go beyond local to a national story. Trust me,no insurance company wants this type of story seen by millions.
Get an attorney, this will be over before it starts....

Just a few quick ideas he ran by me. He's putting me in touch with someone better qualified, as he's a criminal lawyer in Orlando, FL.
Of course, you'll all be updated as things progress.

I do have one random comment here - you mentioned something about a downpayment on a house. If your bills etc are a recurring issue, it seems to me like you might NOT want to own that house. (since it can become a substantial asset that someone could try to use against you in the future) Since it sounds like you'll be dealing with lawyers for a while, you may also want to do some financial planning looking forward around that kind of thing.
(I only mention this, because after buying a house and having it appreciate ~$80k, suddenly my net worth went from nothing worth anyone worrying about, to someone potentially being able to sue me for $100,000 and win. With your medical costs etc, it MIGHT be in your best interest to keep your personal assests as minimal as possible, IE "rent" the house from your parents or a relative etc)
