looks like i'll probably being going to jaill..


just bailed out this afternoon, got caught with drugs.

i had it all going for me, good job, good woman, 8 month old daughter..


i made a terrible mistake, dont do it you guys, it's not worth it...

i've been addicted to hydrocodone/oxycodone for a long time, it finally caught up with me... god i feel like such an asshole...

i was supposed to go on vacation on the first..

i was on probation for a misdemeaner marijauna charge, now this..i dont know how long i'll have to serve, but im sure it wont be a short sentence, probably a year or so...

just needing to vent..

Sounds like you made some bad choices, I hope this is a rewarding experience for you, there is life after incarceration.

6+ months for two possession charges? I don't know what the laws are like in TX, but that seems steep. Did you get intent to distribute?

my first charge ws 6 months, probated..... it will likely get revoked...

and the other charge is up to a year in jail.... i probably wont go to court for it for a while, but they'll probably throw the book at me...

it was possession of a dangereous drug, phenobarbitol...

Drugs should all be legal, every single one. I don't see the need to increase what is already the largest prison population on the planet with people accused of these petty charges by the morality police.

i know, i agree...it's a victimless crime but they treat it like your a murderer or a threat to society or something...


i got caught right in front of my work, i was in my suit and everything....

guy handed me the pills right on the sidewalk, there just happened to be a cop sitting at the stoplight and saw it go down...next thing i know im in cuffs and my cars getting impounded because it was parked in a 2 hour zone....

god it feels like my life just came crashing down....

I don't think that was a judgemental statement. now if he had said "Boy that was pretty stupid to participate in a drug deal right in front of your place of employement.", then that could be construed as a judgemental statement.
