Then by that same logic - people who have never had sex don't have a sexual preference? Sexual preference has more to do with what you're attreacted to - not who you have sex with (lots of gay men force themsleves have sex with women, it still doens't make them straight)

Even if you assume (quite generously) a 10% homosexuality rate in the general public that is a substantial over representation.

It's not a popular thing to say, but at least in this case the numbers do tend to suggest it.
