Even if you assume (quite generously) a 10% homosexuality rate in the general public that is a substantial over representation.
It's not a popular thing to say, but at least in this case the numbers do tend to suggest it.

If of the total sexual abuses 20% were done by a group that only constitutes 10% of the population, that would tend to be highly statistically significant (assuming of course that the 20% number is true). Of course doesn't mean that every member of this group is going to do it, but the chances are definately higher. It's hardly a broad generalization.

Wow lots of stuff happenin in this school lately, 2 people getting caught for smokin dope in the bathrooms, one kid getting arrested for punching another kid in the face and now a teacher being gay. We already had a bad rep for our PSSA scores and then this year we pulled them up and now our rep goes down again
