Do you exercise? One of the leading theories on the causes of Alzheimer's is restricted cerebral blood flow. This causes an increase of the beta-amyloid plaques that results in the brain degeneration. One way to increase cerebral blood flow is through exercise.

EDIT: I just read your post about the low blood pressure. Yikes! That would definitely be a huge risk factor for alzhiemer's.

good point on glucose. i have low blood sugar and very low blood pressure, yet i have been avoiding sugar completely for last few months. maybe i should have a cookie

Holy jebus hume christ. You're practically a walking talking corpse. Anyone ever liken you to a zombie yet?

low blood sugar: bad
low blood pressure: bad
cookie: bad if it's loaded with sugar. It's ok occasionally. As long as you mostly have better for you foods.

Ok see a doctor and get a referral to a good nutritionist asap.

Your low blood pressure is due to low blood volume, also known as hypovolemia. Maybe you're anemic, maybe your electrolytes and/or fluids are off balance, I have no idea. I'm not your doctor, I don't have your medical history and the test results needed to diagnose you. So get to one. Yeah first thing Monday morning make an appt.

Or live like a zombie. Up to you!

start agaaaaain, it's a nice day for a white weddingggg...

I was about 45 when my wife noticed my memory getting worse. My doctors first reaction was to check my testosterone, probably because I had testicular cancer when I was younger. Sure enough it was really low. With treatment it is fine now. I have no idea if you are a guy or not but it is one thing to check out.

Memory is one of the first things to go as we age.
Then your memory.
But it gets worse, you also lose your memory.
And on top of that, you lose your memory!

But I digress, I used to like dirtbikes as a kid, but nowadays I prefer between 6-7 hrs. sleep.

Join the club bro. Very annoying and it makes me sad to know my brain is deteriorating.
