BTW, did you know doctors will NOT prescribe birth control pills to women of age 35 and over who smoke? Their chances of contracting cancer increase dramatically at that point.

i believe i make that pretty clear in the last line of my post.

i know that smoking is bad. i know i shouldnt do it. i hardly ever do. i just happened to buy some last nite so i had them in my purse and she asked to use my phone. so she saw them and got all crazy. i thought it was pretty hyprocritical since she does. so does my brother.. and she used to buy him cigarettes before he was 18. does that mean she loves me and not him? hmm..

ahh I remember when I was 17 and watched all those girls in my class with the same attituate, just sometimes smoking when they went out on friday nights then later many of them seemed to disapear in the smokers corner outside in almost every brake between classes

actually when i "started" i did do it to be cool.. then i realized it was dumb and "quit" in one day. (that was after a year or so of smoking).. wow i MUST have been addicted!

i recently started because ive been around it a lot and like it. when im drunk, its really nice to have one. but i can go without them with no problem.. so im pretty positive im not pregant. (uhhh?! WTF... i meant addicted.. hahah.)

BTW, depo is better birth control, and when im 35 i wont need it

It doesnt matter if your a light smoker. You should stop. I know so many people who were just light smokers and now they are pack a day smokers. Its a chemically addictive thing. If you want to do something relaxing find something else cause it WILL get you. We are not using this thread to yell at you we are just trying to advise you not to make a big mistake.
