I just know where I have been (and to be honest I am probably still "there"). I'm quite young yet myself; only very little older than you. One thing that I see looking back is that no matter how "stupid" I was, I had to grow out of it on my own. There has historically been very little or nothing to be gained through browbeating me, time is the only thing that can change.

WOuldn't it be better for everyone involved if you find some other method of "chilling out" that doens't effect your and everyone around you's health? I mean i don't get it, why start? My mom always told me not to, even though she did. Personally all my life i've found it repulsive, the stench, the stains.....my mom finally quit cold turkey one day....she's had maybe 4 cigs in about 4 years, THAT is an off and on smoker. Catloin are you insecure with yourself? Why would you need to smoke to be "cool"??
