Strategy
only 14 slots were offered my year for students coming right out of undergrad. I was also the only masters studnet in the business school to get a teaching assistant position (I was paid from grant money so I wasn't technically a TA) as well as the only masters student to get a grader position (that one was paid straight from department funds)
I would also like to add that my mother's dad is very intelligent, but her mother is not. Of my mother's father's 6 children it is just my mother and her only brother that seem to take after their mother.
