It's not so bad if you have a case w/beltclip. But I was just carrying it around in my pocket for a while, and i'd always drop it. Luckily no major damage yet. I know I wouldn't wanna pay to fix this thing.

Does it have Bluetooth sync? Can I get it for Cingular or do I have to buy an unlocked phone? I need to find someone to buy my 3-week old RAZR because I don't care for it much (I have a black Cingular RAZR that is unlocked--tested it with a Tmobile sim and it works.)

the samsung phone has to be unlocked to work with cingular

I can say that the A900 seems to have reception on par with my previous Sanyos (5300 and 5500). I'd say its a great phone.

Just got the LG VX9800 from Verizon and it is very good!!!
i get reception where i didnt b4 with my Toshiba VM4050 from SprintPCS
i can actually go a couple of days without recharging it and thats with listening to MP3s(1gb MiniSD), surfing the net and txt msging
the QWERTY keyboard is really great!! for example i just typed this whole thing from my cell phone

After my first (and last) LG I'll never buy another one. I admit the VX9800 is pretty slick but it being a LG excludes it for me.
