my new Intel P4 Extreme Edition 840 rig !!!

just thought I'd share my new rig with you AMD lovers, read it and weep !!!

antec p180
pc p/c 830W
asus p5wd2 premium
intel p4 840 extreme edition
2gb (1x2) corsair pc6400 ddr2

this thing is so damn fast ... not even Duvie's X2 could keep up !!!

and it isn't running too hot at all, in fact, i have it overclocked to 3.6 and under 50C full load ( thermaltake big water cooling !!!)

no throttling either, whichever of you AMD lovers accuse P4 dual chips of throttling !!!

Bench against me unless you are scared...I have plenty of reviews that say you didn't beat a stock 2.4ghz 4800+ so when I jack her toi 2.662ghz you will need to be in the near 4ghz range to compete...Get it up there little girl and lets go....

frame rates have never been better !!!

in fact I am playing battlefield 2 while encoding a dvd movie disc and there is zero lag !!!

before you get yourself in too deep let me warn you that I score nearly 71,000 on the crystalmark benchmark being used here (first three tests only) which is clearly well better than your scores no matter the clock !!! ( keep in mind 71k is at 3.6 when I use 3.8 I can do almost 73k)

i'd be happy to smoke your x2 any day !!!
