I had never made an omellette before and wanted to. After watching a few youtube videos to see some different techniques, I came to the conclusion that I need a less deep pan. I therefore purchased a medium priced pan, took it home, washed it, and immediately proceeded to make my very first omellette.
The omellete was AWESOME, and I want to make another one, BUT after finishing eating I noticed a little bump on the bottom of the pan. Its hard, and feels like hard, dry glue.
Then I noticed the chunk out of my stove top.
Needless to say Im pissed. The photos do not do justice to the chunk, its very obvious.
What can I do?
