Is that a template or did you design it yourself? I'm asking because I'm pretty sure I have seen it or something very similar before....

I didn't design it myself, but it's a design that has only been sold a few times. In the beginning I have to do this just because I can't afford $1000 or whatever a designer wants for a unique design of this quality

If you are serious about CS, I hope you have the following:

IM client support
at least 18+ hour support for non-emergency issues, 24 for emergency (server downtime)
Support with full access to the servers and knowledge of how to fix problems.

If not, you are in the wrong game.

I have pretty close to 18 hour support, I'm actually changing my sleeping/waking up schedule a bit now so I can cover more time in the day. If a server goes down, my server admin will be notified from a 3rd party monitoring service and he'll take care of it. He'll also handle any other server issues.

As for the IM client support, that's a good idea, I'll put that on my list of things to do.

Also, thanks for the reccomendation on the FAQ, that's on my list right after the IM client support

your support form. which looks to be a premade form, im not sure what form you used. but it needs integrated better. your site goes, blue blue blue blue white. thats the only complaint i have really, its a nice template. i have the time now to make my website for webhosting, but i no longer have the template that i had custom designed.

You're very right, that is something I should do. This is in the back of my mind right now, and once I get done with some other things, I'll look into this more. I started to do this but realized there were other more important things to be done.

Anyway, thanks for letting me know

and dont forget that i would contact them at like 3am with an issue and they would help me (i was a n00b back then) but i believe that has to do with having helpers over in the UK and the US so they get all times covered.

Thanks, it originated from a discussion about who comes first in our lives. I began thinking and somehow got to thinking about customers. After that, it was just a matter of wording

Thought I'd pipe in here, Global Compass and Cyberwurx are one and the same company. Cyberwurx bought out Global Compass (or maybe its the other way around - can't remember quite). Regardless, the owners are the same. I believe that slowly one of the two names is being phased out in favour of the other.

I can attest that RossMAN has faithfuly done as he said he would. Thanks for the praise folks. If everyone shared priase as readily as criticism, the world would be a better place.

We do work hard on trying to maximize stability and uptime, and I'll take your kind words as evidence that we're having a bit of success.

Looks good but you need a plan for something in the middle. You go from 500 meg to 1250 meg. I need only 700 meg so the 1250 one is way over kill for my needs.

I do like the layout though.
