Have you seen the gas prices? Do you think your parents would be able to afford a gas guzzler? I think your parents have a good strong head over their shoulders unlike you.

Grow up. If you want something badly, you have to get it yourself. Dont expect your parents to get it for you.

Oh and by the way, I am sure you are making your parents proud by calling them "CHEAP". I am sure they looked after you well, so that one day you can call them "CHEAP".

This is exactly what?s wrong with the United States society.

They want everything now and it?s never their fault.

And people wonder why bankruptcy is on the rise and the average credit card debt is over $8.5k with a great many more than $25k. Not to mention the amount of stupid frivolous law suits that seems to be the way to make a quick dollar these days.

I personally blame sh!ty parenting skills.

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment in your parents. I can understand your frustration but please don't be too hard on them. Money is tight everywhere and some kids don't even get car unless they earn it themselves so consider yourself lucking. I really think your parents must be wonderful because you are married with one child and another on the way, you get to play online games, and your only 17. When I was 17 I was lucky to be dragging racing with my grandfather, restoring old cars in his shop, and driving about every Mopar musclecar ever made plus I was getting paid to boot. But even I didn't get a free car; I had to buy my first Mustang and every car after that.

Anyways, I'm sorry to hear about your luck and I hope you come to appreciate your parents more when you?re older.

seriously dude, i was lucky as hell to get a replacement car when mine broke down, i sure as hell didn't get a new one (car was $5500 i think).

get a nice used car - 2000 maxima 5/6 speed (cant remember which one they are) go for like $9k
