My roomates a dumb-@22, kicks his computer to death then goes out and buys a new t-bird..

I feel sorry for his new system, IWILL KT133A with 750 Tbird... He got pissed at his last system because the floppy ate his disk. So what does he do to fix the problem? He proceeds to kick the hell out of the machine, killing the motherboard in the process. So here I am thinking, "What a Moron". He comes to my room asking "Why doenst it boot?". I just sat there looking at him.
What does he do? Well he goes down to the local Frys and proceeds to pay 390.00 for a new case, new motherboard and new 750 Tbird. He comes home and ask me why his CPU wont fit in the socket. LMAO he bought a pentium 3 board!!! So he then goes back to Frys and picks up the IWILL I told him to buy. So here he is fixing to start the new system up for the first time. Im casually walking to to the kitchen. In true "Matrix" slo-mo fashion I run over to him yelling "NOOOOOO!!!!!". The freak had no fan-heatsink for the Tbird.... He then goes and grabs a K6-2 FHS and tries to attach that to his chip. I again correct him and tell him to go to Fry's again if he wants a working chip...
I dread him kicking the crap out of that machine when it screws up on him next. LOL maybe Ill get a free tbird out of it..

omg, actually, i did that to the family scanner 6 years ago

it was one of those $1,000 top of the line HP scanners and it started to make some funny noise when i scanned...so instead of returning it, i kicked it four (4) times and know wat? it works fine up to this day

God hes stupid, hes one of those guys that if something pisses him off he starts punching walls and cussing real loud. Now I understand getting pissed and all that, but that just shows your lack of control and intelligence. Especially with computers, who hasnt had a computer screw up on them? All it takes is some tweaking to get it working again. ANd this fool has his Electrical Engineering Degree. Man I cant wait to move out into an apartment with the Girlfriend this month....

i used to own an extremely old monitor that had a loose connection somewhere inside. The only way to turn the thing on was to hit the "sweet spot" on the side of the screen. Worked well enough for a few years

yeah but kicking your 600.00 computer case with all the components inside is just plain moronic... And these werent bumps, he left huge dents in that case...

Just once I wanna do the M-80 troubleshooting procedure: toss a lit M-80 in the case, close it up, replace anything that looks bad afterwards
