FVCK them, and fvck the people who don't understand your situation. I came quite near crying myself when I busted my ass working and still got yelled at when the work wasn't completed. I give my all, and that's all there is to it. When somebody sees fantastic performance, their first thought shouldn't be that it could be better. Sometimes they're gonna find people who truly care and work their hardest without external motivation from others. It's their dream come true, and they don't know how to handle it.
If you find yourself another job, you'll be teaching them the valuable lesson of employee appreciation. You don't want to make them good, right? Keep your job if you can. Rather, I would suggest open communication about the matter to the other corporate people. Make sure everybody knows what kind of assholes these guys are, but avoid harsh language. State the facts, and let the facts alone do the persuasion.
If what you say is true, they have a lot to learn about management, but unfortunately, no manager is perfect.
