Sorry, no help for you here.......

But you should SERIOUSLY consider using the word "transmission" if you ever have to do another post like this. You can probably figure out what ran through my mind when I read your thread title!

I don't understand why a truck with 140,000 miles is not allowed to have a transmission problem....
doesn't sound like a lemon to me.. sounds like a used vehicle.

This is ridiculous! You bought a FORD with over 130k on it and have tranny problems and want to blame it on the seller!?!?

WTF!

You are unbelievable!

i hope so

133,275 to start and now 141,108

There ya go

you bought a ford with that many miles, drove it a while, and something broke. you didn't buy a lemon, you bought a ford. OBVIOUSLY something was going to break soon.

and i'm pretty sure a lemon is a NEW car that you buy, and has to have the same part replaced like four times.

I was going to say something about picking up a fresh new tranny on Hollywood Boulevard, but decided it would just confuse the OP.

ROFL@ the tranny comments...
My union used to issue business agents either a Taurus, or Explorer, and both sucked badly. The "exploder" comment is about the same experience we had with them as well, and we maintained ours pretty well, since they got used daily, and maintenance cost us (personally) nothing.
IME, even if it had been delivered with NO transmission, you'd still be screwed. E-Bay and their "Motors Protection Plan" is just a scam anyway...They'd find SOME clause that lets them & the seller off the hook, (sold as-is?) and you'd just have to get a new transmission at your own expense. NEVER buy a car on E-Bay, unless you can have it inspected at an independant shop at your expense before bidding. Even that might not have picked up any transmission problems, since that would have most likely required pulling the pan & filter to find any particles. orry OP, IMO,you're screwed. Avoid AAMCO. Their reputation leaves a lot to be desired.

Are you stupid, trolling, or is this a parody thread?

You drove the car almost 8000 miles. Even if you only drove the car 800 miles, it would still be 100% your problem. Welcome to the world of used cars. (and often new ones, for that matter)
