How old were you,16? Junior Prom pics??

I did not go to a prom;LOL,thought it was a waste of money,time.

I took a girl on a "normal" date that night,Dinner,Movie,hug & kisses.

I got taller and fatter after high school.
I was 5'10" at the start of 11th grade,at age 16;
almost 5"11" when I graduated.

6'0" now,and about 40 lbs heavier,at over 45 years old.

I gained about 20 lbs in the past 3 years.

they get bigger b/c they don't work out, lounge around the house, fail to do any curricular activities or sports, etc. The list could go on forever. It all boils down to laziness and lack of motivation to keep in shape.
