my weird coworker

why my coworker is weird:

- he wears the same shirt every day
- he has a minor case of ocd (he will do the same motions repeatedly)
- he called one of our coworker's kid a brat
- he called another coworker's kid fat (she is a swimmer and is not fat at all, just broad shouldered!)
- one time i came in on the weekend and he was there playing classical music so loud you could hear it through the walls
- when our group was picking names for secret santa he asked "so if somebody gives someone else a stick of dynamite they won't know who it's from right?"
- recently returned old xmas presents other coworkers had given him in the past. items included year old chocolates and other candy and even a sweatshirt somebody had stitched for him! he said he had no use for them.

Calling a swimmer fat seems kind of silly

Okay, the further one reads down the list, the stranger this guy sounds. Those last few on the list make him sound like a prick! He gave someone year old chocolates? WTF

Doesnt sound to wierd to me. Maybe he just doesnt enjoy the secret santa bs that you ladies enforce every year. Maybe he doesnt like your snot mouthed little kids. Its work not a social gathering. Maybe spend more time working instead of judgin coworkers.

- Claimed he was from another planet and had a long and involved back story to compliment it.
- Had a mail-order bride who was seemingly constant pregnant and rarely let out of the house and did not speak English.
- Said mail-order bride's mother lived in the same house and also was rarely let out of the house.

that's bad mouthing? he was venting on his coworker's weird quirks. Most of what was said seems he may just not be socially refined... minus the first one... if it's the same exact shirt everyday, unwashed, that is just disgusting.

but you said he has mild ocd.. maybe he actually goes home and washes it daily.

He doesn't like their kids, tough. He probably doesnt like kids in general
classical music rules, do you normally work on the weekends
secret santa sucks, and that was a funny joke regardless

You can classify anyone different from yourself as weird. He hasn't hit any extremes yet from what you posted.

We have a brother and sister pair of cult leaders here. We call them the Priest and Priestess.
And of course we have our share of a$$holes and nice folk.
And then there are the picketing union guys that spit into your open car moonroof.
But they don't really work here anymore.
I am probably the weirdest person that works here.

I have all my hair, brush my teeth, and always smell good. I wear the clothes of a teenager, lots of AE and Aeropostale type things. I always do my hair in weird ways (faux-hawk, spikes..etc..etc..).
And I talk to no one. I don't want to converse with any of the people here and will go out of my way not to.
