My weird habit

When I was a kid my mom would have to defrost the freezer due to excess ice build-up.

I always like to eat the fresh ice from the roof of the freezer when it started building up again.

if only one of my friends would've mentioned it i wouldn't have said a thing here. but i've heard it from a few people that its just gross in their eyes, so ive gone on thinking it was a weird habit. i think i may have posted about this a few years back and i think a couple people back then thought it was odd also.
