1 cup grape tomatoes with olive oil, white wine vinegar and garlic salt dressing

dinner last night (all measurements approx):

6 oz grilled chicken
8 oz grilled hangar steak
2 cups broccoli
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp white wine vinegar
sprinkle garlic salt

3 hardboiled egg whites
1 hardboiled egg yolk
8 oz black coffee

How are the kale chips? Not too bad if you're eating them in 3 out of the last 4 posts

they're good but i burnt mine a little bit and i put too much salt. i still can't stop eating them though. next time i'll know to take them out earlier and to use less salt. they get really small and much lighter when they are baked. they aren't like potato chips because they are so light but they do have crispiness but they remind me more of seaweed paper then potato chips.

Mmm, I love seaweed snacks so this just gives me an excuse to make it finally. Definitely a snack I could grub on. I'll make them this weekend and let you know how it goes.

I'm thinking about doing the same. Need to hit Sam's Club anyway for some other produce. They have a huge tub of Kale for $4 or $5. I'll grab that and give the olive oil and sea salt trick a shot. I wonder if doing it on my grill will work even better than the oven.

saturday morning:

8 oz black coffee
1 clementine

saturday late morning:

2 clementines

saturday afternoon:

10 oz grass-fed beef burger
about 1 cup lettuce, tomatoes, onions
mustard in unknown small quantity

saturday night:

5 oz grilled chicken breast
about 1 cup lettuce, tomatoes, onions
about 1 oz guacamole

sunday morning:

2 whole eggs
1 tsp olive oil

sunday afternoon:

rotisserie chicken wing drumstick, wing wing, leg drumstick, leg thigh
1 dry pint grape tomatoes
salad dressing with olive oil and vinegar base (no sugar added)
2 tbsp guacamole (no sugar added)

sunday night:

rotisserie chicken wing drumstick, wing wing, leg drumstick, leg thigh
2 cups broccoli

sunday late night:

1 head of kale baked into chips with about .5 tsp each of: sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder
