Has anyone else had problems logging in to My Yahoo over the last week or so. According to them, I am using a wrong login or password. I've been using the same for too many years now so I can't be wrong and I've used different keyboards so nothing it wrong in how I enter it.
Anyway, I tried to have them reset my password but the reset only displays a relatively blank screen after you put in your personal information. If they are mailing me a new password, shouldn't they say that? The other problem is that my other e-mail address has been closed for some time so it's not going to work if they are.
Is there any way to contact customer service and have them unlock me?
