Most likely, no you wouldn't. Unless you have a cut on your penis or something like that, it's tough to get AIDS via male-female vaginal intercourse. How is the virus going to get into your bloodstream? It's much easier for a woman to get it from a guy (or a guy to get it from a guy via anal sex) than for a guy to get it from a woman.

But don't go having sex with HIV-positive women because mugs said it's ok, that would just be stupid.

There was a myspace gangsta a few months ago that was arrested for murder. He looked as fake as all the rest of the online gangstas. His profile was linked on mydeathspace. Some of them really do live the thug life.

i hope no one is getting the idea that having unprotected sex with hiv+ women is on the safe side.

one thing to consider is that other STDs are sometimes a cofactor in infection. For example, if the woman has herpes in addition to hiv, she can give herpes to the man, which causes the man to have sores, which then creates openings for the virus to enter the bloodstream.
