imho they messed up, if the treadmill is going 11 mph and the plane is going faster (which it looked like it was to me) of course it's going to move forward. i know i know, it doesn't matter blah blah. but i'd still like to see it done that way. that would cover the whole frictionless bearings thing or whatever.
it doesn't matter how fast the conveyor belt goes, that is the point
<trout smack>
i'd still like to SEE that.
WHO CARES. IT DOES NOT MATTER.
BECAUSE THEY ARE TAKING THE TIME TO DISPROVE IT ON THE TV, SO WHY NOT GO THE WHOLE 9 YARDS INSTEAD OF HALF ASSING IT?
Christ, you don't get it.
The plane only looked like it was going faster because it doesn't matter what speed the treadmill goes. It will ALWAYS GO FASTER.
i get it. i just saw it. so why is it such a big deal that i want to see something else? i realize it will work just the same, but i still want to see it, so kindly STFU about what matters or doesn't matter.
putting a plane on a piece of paper going 2 mph on a segway doesn't prove shit to me.
