Hmmm...my initial thought would be that they'd stay home but Nader voters strike me as people who would never miss an opportunity to vote...

I'd say a Nader write-in would be the most likely thing they'd do, David Cobb 2nd, abstain 3rd, Kerry 4th.

Any Nader voters (now or in the past) have something to say?

The signature review was prompted by a court challenge filed by a group of voters sympathetic to Democratic candidate Sen. John Kerry.

Democrats have had mixed success in their effort to keep Nader off the ballot in battleground states where they fear he could siphon votes from John Kerry. Besides Pennsylvania, he failed to make the ballot in Ohio, Oregon and Missouri but has succeeded in winning a spot on ballots in Florida, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Boo hoo. We all cry for the Republican's and their call for fair elections so that Nader can suck a few votes from Kerry in battleground states. Meanwhile ignore the voter fruad when it helps your cause. I weep for you really.
As usual, two wrong make this alright...
But Three Lefts make a right!

Groundless speculation.

The election needs to be based on the peoples choice, not the court system.

Like when the Republicans stole the last election, THROUGH THE COURTS?

The irony around here sometimes. It kills me.

ouch... pwned... i think i felt the heat of that burn through my laptop

Hope they remember to include the names of all 21 electors in Pennsylvania (yep, that's the law for write-ins)

You'll need to link that up for anybody to find it believable...

Though again, two wrongs don't make a right...not even a "pwned" wrong

As a lot of Democrat principles are based on ideals, I'm surprised no one's interested in taking the moral high ground...I guess morality is rationed away when the stakes are high enough

If that where the proper thing to do, we wouldn't have that bozo in the whitehouse now, would we?

good. They'll finally send out my absentee ballot.

On a side note. My friend from Illinois received his absentee ballot. It was an optical scan one. Mysteriously, there was a small black dot inside of the circle for Bush. There weren't any other dots on the entire form. It was printed that way and not written. He called to request a new one.
