Evidence has to do with cold hard reputable sources such as URL`s leading to your so called evidence?>?>?>????

You forget about the UN Partition Plan of 1947 that would have split Palestine relatively evenly with the even contentious Jerusalem under international control. The plan was accepted by most Israelis (not including extreme nationalist groups like the Lehi group) but was rejected by the Palestinians. If only the Palestinians had accepted the plan we probably wouldn't be dealing with this right now.

The UN can work as an intermediary to promote peace, the UN partition plan was designed to promote peace and very possibly would have worked had it been accepted.

No, the owners of the territory can arbitrarily give it to whomever they wish.

No, the owners of the territory can arbitrarily give it to whomever they wish.

Thats pretty much how it goes. It may not be the nicest thing, but when you are dealing with people who aren't all that nice you've got to make some compromises.
