I used to use that BART station almost every day for about 4 years when I lived on 19th and Valencia.

That guy is pretty formidable. I think the police are to be commended for getting him arrested without beating him up - he doesn't seem to be making it easy.

Sorry no. Having no weapons and attacking women I would have definitely stepped in. I will also admit though that I am stronger tougher faster than most. I've also been to prison and fist fights don't really bother me.

I'm no tough guy, but I doubt I could stand by and watch someone get beat to death or raped either. I'm probably stronger than most too, but I have zero fighting experience. I don't particularly like my chances against an acrobat.

I think it's just how some people are wired; some act, and some just don't. Like that family with the stuck throttle that talked with 911 for minutes before finally wrecking and, IIRC, sadly were all killed. Do something!

I'm not sure. When he was going after that lady and she was screaming, my father-protective instincts might have kicked in. I've intervened and protected people a few times before (one time resulting in a serious eye gouge).

I don't see a problem with getting the hell on when a naked, muscular man clearly on drugs is walking around - I would move out fast. Now if he were attacking somebody and I saw it, then I would intervene - especially if it was a woman. And people did intervene.
