I saw crap like this often in SF when I lived there. You see people walking with their penis out on the streets (no one says anything), people with eyeballs moving in opposite circular directions high off some drug on the BART, smells like weed everywhere, and just overall a terribly overpriced shit city for no reason. A car tow will cost you $600. It just has a concentration of general fuckups of society in one place.

Watching him flip and do hand stand push ups he's obviously strong and pretty agile. I would imagine trying to do something and getting your ass kicked by a naked man would be really shitty. I gotta think whatever drug he's on probably will make him hard as shit to fight. If it's anything like PCP you could easily end up missing a limb if you try to take him out lol.
