All ended the same season and I watched all of them. I believe The Shield ended around the same time too and I know that was intentional, but all of my favorite shows permanently ended around the same time.

Oh come on, The Unit and Earl had 4 seasons each. By definition I think they got more than a second chance. Your fault for not watching them sooner lol.

Since they brought Manny Coto in, the episodes in Season 4 were stellar.... I would've loved to see the Earth-Romulan war as a Season 5-6 arc

I agree on both accounts.

I never did follow Enterprise when it was on the air but have been catching the repeats and really do enjoy it.

What pisses me off is so many of these shows in this thread were axed so soon. Yet I get stuck with So you think you can dance. American Idol. Dancing With the Stars. America's got Talent. Survivor. Big Brother. Biggest Loser. Celebrity Apprentice. And every other mother fucking reality show.

Yup, and the other one with a similar storyline and same season. I hated the way Surface ended...on a Cliffhanger, just like Jericho which also deserves more Seasons.

Definitely Firefly. I think they could have made that 30 seasons long and I'd have watched every episode. The thing is, I just bought the DVD box set on a recommendation. I don't remember ever hearing about the show when it was on.

Then I see it was on Fox and all of my questions about it being cancelled are magically answered.

Defying Gravity - This was a summer series last year but was canceled before first season could play out. .

Ahh, that's why there are no new Episodes. I'm not stuck on that show, but watched it from the beginning and would have continued to watch it as the story was interesting enough.

hehe. I've spent the last 3-4 weeks watching Seasons 1-6(half way through 6) and soon should be done 7. I know when I'm finished I'll go through withdrawals, but I really don't see how they could continue that Series and a Spin Off would pretty much suck in comparison, IMO. There was just so much going on in 24 that you pretty much needed the National/International aspect of it.

What you describe is kinda like what A Team was. Perhaps they'll resurrect a TV Series after the Movie comes out. Perhaps not.
