Star Trek: TNG only because all other Star Treks bow in it's presence. Not because it was cancelled early, but because I miss it.

Seriously, the ratings system needs to change. It sucks and just caters to the lowest common denominator, winding up with stupid shows that go on for ever ( The Simpsons. The only way the Simpsons could be worse is if it were starring OJ Simpson.) And winding up with good shows cancelled early.

So instead of the nielson ratings system, we need a panel of judges with more than just scrambled eggs for brains who decide shows based on merit.

LOST wasn't cancelled...it ran it's natural course and when they renewed for 3 years, said that would be it for the show.

Since they brought Manny Coto in, the episodes in Season 4 were stellar.... I would've loved to see the Earth-Romulan war as a Season 5-6 arc

I agree completely. I doubt that anyone who hates on Enterprise watched season 4.

This might make for a decent Remake. The premise of it is kinda Goofy/Cheezy though and any remake would have to go BSG(most recent) style to be taken seriously these days.

Only two others have mentioned Legend of the Seeker, so here's the third. I seriously can't believe a show as good as Legend of the Seeker can get cancelled, especially when the only show in a similar genre on TV is Merlin -- and Merlin is terrible.

I remember watching Space Above and Beyond and that was also awesome from what I remember.

Also, since nobody is mentioning kids shows... Salute Your Shorts

I wonder how many of these shows if given the opportunity to "wrap up" in their own time on their own terms would have been able to do so anyway. Maybe no resolution is better than bad resolution.

OK, I finished watching Firefy along with Serenity. I agree with what I have been seeing online for ever about them. They were very good. I think the Movie tied that story together perfect. In fact I would have to say it was one of the best endings of a TV series I have ever seen. As much as I would like to see more eps, I am content with where they left it.
