For its John LeClair, after he left the Flyers I have not watched them as regularly as I used to (almost every time the Flyers played, now only once a week at most, especially with Keith out).

Also I have not have gotten as excited over an NBA championship game as I have had when Michael Jordon was in his prime.


I will say watching Tiger Woods had peaked my interest in golf a bit.


But, with the NFL I do not think it matters who is playing because I am such a big fan of football, that even though Aikman, Smith, and Irvin are gone, I still root for the Cowboys as much as I used to.

Jason Kidd made me more enthusiastic towards lacrosse. I always admired the way Kidd wouldn't just pass the ball to another player, he'd pass it to them in a way they could make an easy basket. Now when I'm feeding the ball to another player in Lacrosse I'm not just thinking about putting it from me to them. I'm thinking about where the best place for them to shoot from is, where the defenders are, etc.

Hakeem Olajuwon definitely made me hyped up about basketball. I was in elementary school when Rockets were winning those championships. Great footwork, awesome moves, nice touch, shot blocker, he was a blast to watch.

Tennis has never been the same for me since Sampras left. Chang, Sampras, Agassi were all fun to watch.

Steve Nash is giving me a touch of hope for basketball, in that he's the quintessential point guard in a game that basically doesn't have thet position anymore.

Kobe Bryant this year has been INSANE. I'll remember the 81 point game for the rest of my life, as I was there LIVE @ Staples.

When Gretszky left the Kings, I started to not follow hockey as much.
