Are you opening a sushi place or what?

For a Japanese Sushi & Steak House (sorta like Bennihanna). I was thinking of either Kobe or Shogun. If you have a better idea, please let me hear it... thanks. This is to be opened up in San Jose .
EDIT: Serious please.
It's not copy righted, and majority of those restaurants are in Texas. That's why I'm hunting for a different name, thanks for the inputs though.Originally posted by: GroundZero
Shogun is alread used, eat there often (they have a great sushi bar). So there might be a trademark and copyright issue with that one.Originally posted by: cr4zymofo For a Japanese Sushi & Steak House (sorta like Bennihanna). I was thinking of either Kobe or Shogun. I don't know if you have ever been been to Benni, but we do live cooking, very trendy and on consider a first class place (600k renovate). Decor will be somewhat neo, but also old fashion theme. The food is authentic.Originally posted by: Doggiedog
Give us something to go by. What is the theme? Is it trendy? Old fashioned? Authentic Japanese? Neo-Japanese?
Crowd will be mixed, this is in San Jose, so will be some white (probably majority), and asian. That's the reason why I wanted something recognizable as Japanese (though, to the authentic Japanese, it might seem cliche). But if you guys have good suggestions, I'd consider them. Thanks again.Originally posted by: bolido2000
Are you trying to get Asian, white or a mixed crowd in your restaurant? That's important in determining the name you need.
