How many veggies are there? I was listening to Dr. Dean Edel, and he commented that Americans eat a typical 10 vegetables in their diet, where as countries like France consume a much broader range of vegetables, which may contribute to their better health since they get amore completerange of antioxidants, vitamin variants, and phytonutrients/bioflavanoids.
