And yes, Gates is overrated. Not to mention he was a bust in my fantasy league last year

LOL you do realize he was hurt a lot of the year right? especially that dislocated toe during the playoffs. Antonio Gates will run circles around jason witten.

Yeah those two plus Trufant definitely belong on the list.

And where's the love for Steve Smith? The guy is unstoppable (except when facing the Seahawks, preferably in a championship game) , and just imagine if he had a healthy and talented QB slinging his way for 16 weeks???

I would take Polamaulu before Reed at this point in their careers.

Polamalu is great against the run, but he is not as complete as Ed Reed. Ed Reed can cover, blitz, and stop the run. His anticipation is so great it's as if he is using radar and wallhacks.

As to the person who said that Jon Odgen has been a bust for 3 or 4 years... you must not have studied his play these last few years. Aside from Boller never being where he is supposed to be in the pocket, Ogden has never had a bad game in his entire career except for one - in the 2006 game against the Colts he played injured and Dwight Freeney owned him all night long. Other than that on any given Sunday he was always one of the very best.
Maybe you were referring to his bust that will be in Canton in 5 years.

im gonna skip anything OL related, cuz it sure as hell isnt any chiefs player
OLB: merriman
MLB: urlacher
DE: jerrod allen
CB: probably asante samuel, maybe champ bailey
K: if the game is on the line I want Adam Vinatieri kicking the ball
S: easy Bob Sanders
P: Dusitn Colquitt (right now he is probably the chiefs 3rd best player)

hahaha, no way dude. no way at all. He's a gambler who can't cover well and benefited from playing on a good team. The Eagles basically shelled out a ton of money to go from Lito to Lito 1.1, they're basically the same player. Good? Yes, best in the league? Not even close.

QB: Peyton Manning
HB: Ladainian Tomlinson
FB: Lorenzo Neal
TE: Jason Witten (Gates and Gonzo are better receivers, Witten is a MUCH better blocker, and thus better all around)
WR: Randy Moss
OT: Walter Jones
OG: Steve Hutchinson
C: Jeff Saturday

DT: Ohh how to choose between the Williamses, I'll go with Pat
DE: Julius Peppers, if he gets back to playing like he should
OL: DeMarcus Ware - better all around player than Merriman, who is basically a standing DE
MLB: Brian Urlacher
CB: Champ Bailey
FS: Ed Reed
SS: Bob Sanders

K: Adam Vinatieri
P: Mat McBriar
KR/PR: Devin Hester

I guess I agree Samuel is the product of a system, but we will say how he fairs after this year, without the system, and having every player around you really good

I was thinking about it after I orignally posted, but I think I would rather have champ bailey. I've just learned to not like him because the chiefs have to play him twice a year

Which team skipped that philosophy and kicked to him, and I think he ended up scoring twice on them
