Name the most disturbing movie on Netflix Instant

I am in the mood for a disturbing horror movie that will cause me to lose many nights of sleep and faith in humanity.

I see that The Human Centipede is now on Instant:

Anything that can top it? I have not witnessed it yet.

Oh, I should mention that I have watched most of the classics (ie The Exorcist, Silence of the Lambs, The Shining, etc.). I dislike slashers. I much prefer psychological horror mind fucks (ie Into The Mouth of Madness, Videodrome, etc.) or H.P. Lovecraft like horror (although nearly all film versions of his stories suck). Yet, I find all of these incapable of keeping me awake at night.

I don't think slashers have any potential of being disturbing. they are pure visceral, self-indulgent stupidity. what you need is a real mind fuck.

sadly, few people make those these days, b/c you have all the brainless Saw fans running around fapping to gore. as if that is in any way terrifying.

It's been a long time, but I remember Jacob's Ladder being a decent mind fuck.

Also, Rosemary's Baby is damn good. Not sure if these are on streaming, though.

Maybe you should check out some of those fucked-up Korean flicks? those are pretty good (though gory, as well. they at least focus on some fucked-up head tripping reason for the ultra violence)

If you liked The Shining, then I encourage you to watch a Clockwork Orange if you have not.

Irreversible and Antichrist, both of which are actually available streaming (unlike some of the suggestions in this thread). Martyrs is another incredibly disturbing film that Netflix carries on DVD, albeit not streaming. A Serbian Film is SO over the top that I would be surprised if Netflix ends up carrying it, much less streaming it. All of these films make Human Centipede look like The Sound of Music.

Read up on Serbian Film and you'll see what I mean. I know Netflix carries some sexually explicit movies, like 9 Songs and Shortbus, but Serbian Film is something quite different. Among other things, it innovates, and shows onscreen, "newborn porn," and that scene is maybe the fifth most disturbing thing in the movie.
